New grandson!

Jasper Draik arrived today, 6/24/09, at 4:51 p.m. and weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces. He is 19 1/2 inches long, has blue eyes and lots of dark hair. Mom, Dad, and Jasper are all doing fine. He is less than an hour old in these pictures. (His middle name is pronounced Drake and no, it's not misspelled)


Aint he cute??! His little hands were blue, but I was told that was normal. By the time I left the hospital, they were a normal color. He is 3 weeks early, but other than breathing a little fast, he is perfect! I also have a short video of him. Let's see how this works as I've never done video uploads before.



I will have more pictures tomorrow evening as I'm going back up to the hospital then, camera in tow!
