Whine? Wine!

What a great day today was! I drove to an LNS and on the way down, I stopped at a winery, Oliver Winery in Bloomington, Indiana. I thought I had been there before, but I'm sure I would have remembered this!

From the parking lot....

Yup, I'm going the right way....

The walk down to the shop.....

Wow! Very peaceful and beautiful.....

The colors of the mums and pumpkins are just yummy!

Ribbit, ribbit.....

And I left with 2 bottles - Camelot Mead (a sweet white) and.....

Soft Red, a sweet red/rose. And yes, I did sample them first!

I know I will go back to this winery again. There were some more picture worthy views and I want to get them some time.

I didn't buy a thing at the LNS! I'm so proud of myself! I went down to join their stitch-in and it was very enjoyable and relaxing. May do it again next week!

That's all for now!

Eskie smiles,

  2. You probably have been there...they just redid all the front gardens (actually there were no front gardens) until a few years ago...pretty wonderful isn't it?
I went over and picked up some Hard Cider to take home with me last weekend. IT ROCKED!
Soft Red is one of our favorites, as is the blackberry, camelot mead, soft rose, white, .... :)
